Plenty of free time. VIVE is the only group trip company that designs hybrid itineraries – which means we have meaningful, cultural experiences or tours each day as a group and then plenty of free time to do your own thing … spa treatments, nightlife, outdoors, whatever your heart desires. All of the free time suggestions come from our personal experiences. We arrange drivers for you + provide a way for you to join other travelers if you’d like.
To reserve your spot, you have the option to Pay in Full or place a Deposit.
If you place a deposit, VIVE then provides you a schedule to make the remaining payments in the months leading up to your trip.

Arrive at the airport in Tokyo. You will be greeted by a member of our team and have a personal assistant to walk you through arrivals and baggage claim. Our driver will take you in a private vehicle to your 5 Star Hotel in Tokyo.

Today we’ll visit two of the most exciting neighborhoods in Tokyo! Harajuku, home of Instagram desserts, maid cafes + colorful shopping.
Then, Shibuya for the ultimate photo op at the crazy Shibuya Crossing with our VIP arrangements.
The evening is yours to shop, explore and enjoy the unique nightlife of Tokyo!

Bullet Train to Kyoto, Temples + Cocktails
Together we will transfer from Tokyo to Kyoto via bullet train, passing beautiful Mt. Fuji on the way. We’ve made VIP arrangements for luggage transfer service for all guests so your bags will be waiting for you at the hotel in Kyoto.
We’ll visit the most breathtaking temple in Japan followed by lunch.
Then, wind down your evening with cocktails on our private rooftop bar.

Fushimi Inari Shrine, Street Food Tour + Gion Geisha District
A feast for the senses! We’ll start our morning visiting Fushimi Inari, the famous red gates, followed by a Private Street Food Tour in the ancient town.
Then stroll mysterious Gion, known as the Geisha district with our private guide.

VIVE Trips are perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends or adult families.
We design each trip so that you have the comfort of a group to share experiences with but also plenty opportunities to do your own thing and explore too.
All VIVE Trips are Adults Only. You must be 21 years old to register. We have had travelers from 21 to 81 on our trips! The average age is 35-65 years old.
This will be a small group trip ( 10-12 travelers ) for an exclusive experience. Trips to our other destinations average 20 – 25 people
Yes! Once you register, you will have the option to Pay in Full or Make Payments.
We have your trip broken down into 3 easy payments but if you prefer to finance your trip using smaller payments, just select “Credit Card” at check out and choose the option to sign up with AFFIRM ( third-party financing .) Then select a payment schedule that works best for you.
