Arrive in Barcelona Airport ( BCN ) You will be greeted by a member of our team and have a personal assistant to walk you through entry and baggage claim. Skip the lines + enjoy Fast Track VIP Airport Service, included with your trip package.
Our driver will take you in a private vehicle to the Barcelona EDITION hotel to check in. There are lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance from our hotels front door. Hotel Check in time is 3pm .
Enjoy the evening at your leisure as you rest up for the days ahead!

Welcome Meeting + Private Tapas Tour
We left plenty of time for you to relax this morning. In the afternoon, Michelle + Nelson will host a welcome meeting where you will get to meet your fellow travelers and learn all about the plans for the week ahead.
Our signature welcome meetings are always a ton of fun…and yes, champagne is involved!
Following our welcome meeting, we will set out for a fun evening Tapas Tour! This is a great way to get to know the city.
On this private tour, our local friend + guide will meet us at the hotel to experience the genuine cuisine from Barcelona, beyond just tapas.
We invite you to dive into a journey that traces the history of Catalan cuisine, through bars, restaurants and wineries. Immerse yourself in Barcelona’s culinary scene and some of the best bars in town. Learn where the locals eat and why.
Soak in this special tour with platillos, tapas, wines, well-poured ales and nightlife.

Gaudi Tour + City Tour + Flamenco Dancers
After breakfast today, we will venture out into Barcelona’s most vibrant and exciting areas for a guided tour of the city!
Visit the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s most famous work and a worldwide symbol of the city. This unique temple remains under construction, five generations having witnessed its progress. We’ll also visit the iconic Casa Milà, a fantasy in stone that appears to have been carved out of the living rock.
After visiting these most famous landmarks, we’ll stop for a special lunch at a trendy restaurant in the heart of the city.
In true VIVE fashion, we’ll return to the hotel early in the afternoon so you have plenty time for a massage, time at the pool, beach or exploring.
Authentic Flamenco Experience: For dinner this evening, we’ll head to the iconic “Poble Espanyol” nestled away on the slope of Montjuic Mountain where you will end your evening by watching one of Spain’s oldest and most well-known traditions come alive. Witness the authentic passion of Flamenco dancing at a top notch venue. Transfers, Dinner + Cocktails included ( ** You can add this optional dinner on to your package upon registering for the trip.)

Penedés Day Trip + Vineyards
If wine tasting is not your thing, enjoy this day exploring more of Barcelona with your travel group. We’ll guide you through the on-trend shopping areas, chocolate tastings + visit one of Picasso’s original art studios for lunch.
Whether you are day tripping or staying local, we’ll meet back in Barcelona in the evening for some relaxation ( or epic nightlife! ) together. On VIVE® Trips, you always have plenty time to do what your heart desires.

Start your day with a special yoga class led by Michelle Ruiz in a surprise part of the city! Then, enjoy some free time today.

Cooking Class + Market Visit + Sunset Catamaran Party
Meet your host at your hotel this morning and head to the Boqueria Market for a guided visit. Accompanied by a local professional chef, purchase some ingredients for your lunch. Next head to your beautiful kitchen workshop in the Gothic Quarter. This experience is perfect for those who are interested in knowing the secrets of traditional Spanish cuisine + culture. Enjoy lunch together accompanied by a refreshing cocktail. (** This optional experience can be added to your package upon registering for the trip.)
Afternoon free time.
Private Catamaran on the Mediterranean Sea: This evening, we will head to the beachside marina together. Hop on board to catch the sunset from our luxury catamaran as you sail along Barcelona’s white coastline. Free flowing cocktails and bites enhance our special arrangements. Tonight’s VIVE White Party will be a night to remember. The best way to celebrate our incredible week together and properly bid farewell to Spain!

Transfers to Airport or Your Next Destination + VIP Lounge Access
Enjoy your last “pan con tomate“ for breakfast and, meet your driver at the hotel lobby for your transfer to the Airport.
Upon arrival at Barcelona Airport, you’ll be met by a representative for a Fast Track entry service. Your representative will assist with passport control and luggage and escort you to the departure area where you will access the VIP lounge.
